The quality department inspects all parts, during production and on completion, for compliance with the relevant technical specifications and defines with the appropriate managers possible corrective actions.

Non destructive tests:

• Liquid Penetrant Test:
  two people are qualified COFREND level II
• Ultrasonic test:
  performed by a local subcontractor
• X Ray:
  performed by a local subcontractor

 
Mechanical tests:

• Mechanical properties Rm, Rp, A%, 100KN
• 2 portable hardness measurement equipment HB
• Resilience (subcontracted)
