Both machines ensure production of cores:

• 1 RÖPER H5
• 1 RÖPER H12

 
1 RESIN CORE ROOM
With one continuous sand mixer producing 5 T per hour
This workshop is dedicated to the manufacturing of larger cores that cannot be obtained by machining, due to their shape or their size.

Sand used is tested in a sand laboratory (melting loss, permeability, moisture, compression strength).
