This bay is dedicated to the moulding of propeller hubs, bearings and rings with large dimensions or heavy castings (unitary piece, small series…)

MOULDING WITH A CONTINUOUS CONVEYOR
For small and medium series. The various sizes of moulding boxes offer a large variety of possibilities.The continuous turn of tooling ensure a smooth production.

 
MECHANICAL RESIN MOULDING BAY(PENTEX)
Standard dimensions 750 x 550, this working area is specialized for small and medium series. Simple or with several pattern cavities, all nuances of alloys are casted on this semi-automatic moulding bay.

 
TOOLINGS/PATTERNS
Most of the time, patterns are directly supplied by customers but can also be created in wood, resin or polystyrene.

All patterns are stored free of charge for our customers within two warehouses.
